1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

- We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made through authorized payment methods during the booking process.
- Partial payments or deposits, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Our Refund Policy applies for all cancellations. Guests are advised to review it before making a booking.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff.
- Any damage caused to property or facilities by guests will be charged accordingly.
- Illegal activities on the premises are strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Thevaraah Swamy Guesthouse is not responsible for personal belongings, valuables, or accidents occurring within the property. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
