Cancellation Policy
At Thevaraah Swamy Guesthouse, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for all guests.
Guest-Initiated Cancellations
- Free cancellation is available if done at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- No-shows or cancellations after check-in are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Guesthouse
In exceptional cases, if Thevaraah Swamy Guesthouse must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule without additional charges.
Special Offers & Non-Refundable Bookings
Discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable. Guests are advised to check terms at the time of booking.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during booking.
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Bank charges, if any, are the responsibility of the guest.
